No, no don't start talking about the mentioning of GKG on the cleantech website. How do they dare to put it there without an 8K?? And why has this not been posted on the main newspapers around the globe? Do they have insider info? I could not resist it... LOL

On a more serious note: hedge, does MacDonalds have to file something for opening a new MacDrive? Honestly I have no clue, so maybe you know. I am not an expert on fillings, but I doubt that for every little thing they have to file something.

De-listing would only occur IF a material event wasn't disclosed in a filing. I'm not suggesting such an event occurred. The board here is. You guys/GALS call the SEC. lol

The fact that NO filing has occurred suggest it was a NON event.

If such an event has occurred, and a filing wasn't not made, VSPC and VGREF will have the authorities to deal with.

If HUGE deals are coming, and EVENTS have already taken place, as you guys/GALS suggest, then why no filing? It's you guys/GALS that are REALLY suggesting the company has not reported, not me.

As Jan just emailed me; The company will put out news releases when there is something significant to report.

Sounds to me like, THERE IS NOTHING SIGNIFICANT TO REPORT.
