I think whats going on here is that the MM's want to get it back to .0008. When it was at .0008 (feb 28 and Mar 1), it ran up too fast to .001 and I think caught some without shares and so the MM's had to borrow.

IMO they are stalling by just letting the price go between .001 and .0011. They are waiting for people to get bored and leave or get quiet and then they are going to drop it all of a sudden when no one is paying attention to buy back the shares they borrowed or the phantom shares they sold and now have to replace.
