Absolutely right, BigMac. It's going to take some time, and the MMs and shorties are more interested in the shake and bake and the various other activities they engage in than in building any long-term value in the company. That's their gig and they'll never change but I never blame a tiger for being a tiger. I just learn to adapt my own behaviors to those of the tiger's in order to overcome the weaknesses the tiger will eventually show ;-)
