I dunno, Nic. I want a CEO that knows what he's doing in the business world, at this point. The charisma thing can come later ;-) At least this guy looks like he knows how to helm the ship. I mean, they just netted Host Hotels and their business plan looks solid from A to Z.

Believe me, I've been involved in a couple of other pinks where the "CEO" was doing business from his personal cell phone and in a McDonald's lobby (LOL!). I'll take this bunch any day of the week. They're even offering to put folks up in a hotel and cover their dinner if they want to come out and visit. That says a lot right there.
