You cannot accurately say that with any surety, unless you are so on the inside of this deal, that you'd be illegally disseminating that information.

So explain to me with an exponential rise in the value of what's owned in the ground, how this is going from more feasible to completely liquidated.

lol, you make it sound like it's just as easy as deciding to write a check and the BK miraculously disappears. I'm not naieve or ignorant of the risks involved with this play, but it seems you are of the upside or other side of things. Certainly you can't really believe that Altus is now completely in control of what happens in the BK case, and to the stockholders, the company and all other creditors, unsecured or not, and that the BK court is now going to roll over and submit to Altus's decisions and that PN is going to drop their lawsuit against the company, all because you say so. You have got to be putting on an act, right.

Incredible!!!! You are pulling together an entire community of investors. the board is so busy since you've given us a common opponent. We will emerge a stronger, more cohesive group when you are done, I love the idea of the CPRK rattlesnake count. Or how about the risk of flash floods, freezing colds, scorching summer that's on the way, or TORNADOES.

A good angle might be current management. You could argue that the board of directors and Bryan have all but proven that they would jump at the chance to stiff shareholders, and they are the ones in charge of the company!!! I think you can do a lot with this angle.
