So the "swapping spit" scenario, as I called it a couple years back, between brokers (et al) never showed up at the NSCC or anywhere else!... it was just an agreement between buds; so the NSCC was in the clear, very clever.

This confirms the nature of that DTCC PR then to distance themselves from the coming storm; the Germans don't play that way huh Ms. Shell? And since the boyz from Frankfurt don't really need the dtcc, they have their own clearing house, the dtcc doesn't want to end up as a footnote.

ms. Shell, you don't really think the Frankfurt existing clients want to be involved with this systemic U.S. bull do you? of course they don't.
