well i understand the point of the date. If they just said merger completed "soon" it would create more fear that it would never happen. At least know we know a firm date.
It just sucks they couldnt find a way to finish this on time, or within a week of their estimates. Now more traders are getting these amazing prices, and of course, will be selling at .11-.12 range...and i really though yesterday was the LAST time we would EVER see .10 printed!!
