Monte gave them (the creditors/court) a plan involving XN as a marketing/distribution role but I believe it involved someone else in the production end. That production hasn't started yet. I don't know if the creditors and ownwers of the formula in Nigeria even accepted Monte"s position/plan yet? As I see it, we have to sell some pills if anyone wants to recoup their losses especially the banks who are out millions of dollars.
