No he is not. If he is being manipulated by George to help pump this if George is not on the level and if George is on the level positive communication is in ICOA's best interest. Seen it before where CEO use supporters in order to pump their stocks. Remember, it business communications need to be filed and PR'ed. Second hand information is in an e-mail from a CEO may not be the best way to get company info.
