What's more vital is that they plan to do something with the money, like start a national chain of dealerships.

Sounds good to me when you consider they will be hedged, selling new EV, used hybrids, and CNG. Whatever is hottest at the moment will drive revs, right now it'll be used hybrids.

Hybrids are roughly 3% of car biz, sounds terrible, but 40M used cars are sold each year in the U.S. You're looking at a 1.2M car/year biz, average car is roughly 20K, so a $24B biz.

What else do you want from a penny stock LOL
