I've posted before on how I believe there is more than meets the eye on the newly announced strategic partnership between Guinea and Angola.
I still think it's more of a case of Angola "mentoring" Guinea for possible long-range OPEC membership. Angola has reserves of about 9 billion barrels or more, depending on what source you believe is most authoritative. End of the line, I'd hope we see the case built for Guinea having resources of comparable scale.
