I do not see anything about the purchase of rights to Encapsol only a license agreement and the terms are not disclosed. Asking a question about the "the lawsuit" has no merit and is only trying to demean the company. FSNR will laugh all the way to the bank.

No, Hydrex is the first of many companies buying equipment & solvent from Freestone Resources or it's subsidiaries. 12 years ago this stock was $ 27. It may go back!
