Each individual has to assess their own situation. I know one individual who participated in the last two offerings. That's a .71% gain, if the desire is there to sell. I know another person who for the first time, just recently purchased shares in the .90 area. That's a 33.3% gain, if profits are realized.
Some will tell you $2.00, some might say $20.00.

To answer one of your questions from yesterday. Individuals who participate in offerings and are NOT associated with CYRX directly, BOD or any other principal, are not required to file any forms to report their sales.
Once the shares are registered, a certificate is sent to the home address. There is a legend that needs to be removed. Once the legend is removed, the shares are deposited into that individuals chosen brokerage firm. At that point, the shares are live.
