Could be coincidence, Sam, if that was the only suspicious thing.

But since he posted "we can arrange a tour for you" then demanded my full name, address, and phone number (what for?) while giving me obviously phony info himself.

What kind of honest guy would do that?

He gave me a New York address and a phone number in Florida registered in Florida to a woman. He then says don't call him after 9pm (it was after that time in the e-mail) and demanded my phone number. Obviously this was a ploy to get my personal info.
