Because the justice system is slow. How often have you seen a quick resolution? There is ZERO correlation with speed and innocence and it is utterly naive to even consider there is.

The DOJ worked off of what appeared to be credible evidence. Enough for a judge to grant a request to make an arrest. That doesn't necessarily mean that the individuals are guilty of the crime.

The next step is for the DOJ to prove their case in a court of law. However, at this time, they seem to be having problems getting past the discovery hearing for a judge to grant a trial to proceed. Getting an arrest warrant is hardly the key that locked the case closed. We are innocent until proven guilty, and the burden of proof lies with the DOJ.

My guess is Judge Dora will throw the case out against Metters and Mosko if the DOJ cannot present their "evidence" on April 8th. This is a very important date to place on everyones calendars.
