Good catch... however I believe it is actually a typo.

We already knew back in November that LEI had received the notice of allowance from the US PTO for this patent.

Also, note the Inventors listed: Battis, Robert (Mercerville, NJ); Livecchi, John T. (Newport Richey, FL)

And, it is the same agent as used for other LEI patents.
