I assumed the point MW was trying to make was that CCME falsely claims to have those bus companies under contract, not that the ad system doesn't work as we've been told. Obviously WCTBills has thrown a flag on the fact that this is a bus company CCME has never claimed to have a relationship so there's no reason to expect the system to be present.

If anything the video would seem to prove that, contrary to the MW claims, a market for ads on intercity buses does exist as all the drivers say that they do have ads of various types on their programming.
