I would like to see NBT try to explain statements quoted as fact
by Tobin Smith on FACEBOOK & TWITTER which were then quoted on various message boards.

Statements such as "I personally met with Excel Era and they have the assets" or "the check is in the mail" (more specifically that
Excel Era had in fact sent the first tranche.)
