my menory suffers b/c of age, n/t/l I think they had some ownership position in '97 before nextwave declared bankruptcy, then they got something when they lent nextwave $300m to set up a cdma1x system as I recall and then I think they received a $100m + voucher w/ the FCC out of the deal which they were able to use a couple years ago.
