If the spot price of gold was $700/ounce now, I would not be holding shares. If the price were $1,000/ounce, I would be riding the fence. With gold at ~1400/ounce and likely to go much, much higher, I will hold and buy. There are lots of $$ invested in PCFG for that same reason, many of whom are on this board holding millions of shares. If gold crashes or falls to ~1000/ounce, you will witness the effect of POG on PCFG. You are mistaken if you think the current trend of gold prices does not have a positive effect on PCFG.
