According to the October 2009 quarterly report the Outstanding share count was 5,289,501,980 as of September 30th, 2009

The quarterly report before that gives the same number.

Were shares canceled since then? I can find nothing that says any share were ever canceled.

I trust the last two filings that say 5,289,501,980 outstanding shares. With a gagged TA since February of 2008 that is all people have to go on.
