I do recall a post awhile back about someone who could not find proof that this merger was even real. So I guess there really was a deal, but fell through. I guess you were able to dig up the evidence. Does not mean anything to me honestly. I Love me some NVSR. I'm sure you had to dig for that news release. Kudos on your DD.
