wmo767, doesn't it seem reasonable though that he would pretty well have to work with JJ so that his surrounding properties could be included in the mine in the future. It seems to me that he stands a chance of finding himself in the same situation MDMN and CDCH did for years, that of having too little land or land that was too scattered to be of any value to the big boys.
It seems to me that he would benefit by working out his differences with JJ.

Great posts tonight guys. Slight correction on WMO's post: WMO said the range of size of the Alto today is 25,000 acres. I refered back to Dr. D's report on the MDMN website and he states the Alto is 14,000 hectares. At 2.47 acres per hectare, the total size of the Alto property would be slightly over 34,580 acres.
