so let me get this right...you and "your friend who sells solar panels" just happened to be talking about OPA and "your friend" knows so intimately about the OPA program that "your friend" can siphon right out of his brain that fact AWSL will be getting these contracts. hmmm...

of all the companies that have applications to OPA/FIT this "friend" of yours can discern that AWSL will be awarded contracts. hmmm...

i would venture to say the only "word on the street" is the street that you and "your friend" live on....which is probably the same street.

on a second note...

it's absolutely amazing that you can have such detailed information on ALL of the trahan backed (scams, as of this date) companies.

AWSL, BICS, GRDC, MEVT

all the rumor and innuendo and the word on the street...it's like you speak to each company each day...impressive ;^)

you're just a textbook of (mis)information for the investing public.
