Just to piggyback off that PhilCheeze that Frank will be talking to us soon. The A/S has been increased by 2 bil, and like Alyssa said, not a real big surprise, and in 9 days anyone who knows how to dial a phone can grill his a$$ about anything or any question they have. If you think he tried to slip one by on the shareholders by increasing the A/S, then he's giving anyone the opportunity to call him on the carpet about it. You can't tell me that he doesn't expect to hear about it, if he didn't he wouldn't be having a conference call. I for one still am giving Frank the benefit of the doubt. When the comp. stops posting fins. and stops having conference calls and then does things that can't be questioned, I'll reevaluate my position on the company. In the mean time, I'm willing to hear the what, where's, whys and whens. I'll be on the call for sure as should anyone invested with the company.

I doubt the company will ever buy back shares. Though, like many pennies they may PR they are doing so ; only to find out later that for every one share they buy back they'll issue two more at the same time. As for moving to a higher exchange, as a practical matter it is impossible.

I would have to disagree with his statement, only once! has Frank acted like he was for the shareholders when he retired 1B shares but WAIT?, but there have been too many underhanded activities that Frank has already pulled off?
The unmentioned $965K that was apparently denied, we never heard the truth till months later
When Frank retired the shares, after that he added just as much new shares as he retired soon afterwards!
He gagged the TA and hid from all of us, mind you every shareholder here he has hidden! that he was going to raise the A/S by 2 Billion? a real transparent company would have issued a PR. Im not sure even if FRank did this legally by gagging the TA. BUT you have to see what we are now working with now. Someone who doesnt mind manipulating over his investors.

There is no positive outlook here, there currently is some bad dealings going on. Frank could have waited after the pps went up if--- he didnt gag the TA and the news would have went out on every board that GDHI shares will be sold out!!!, no doubt the pps would have started to rise. He then could have waited a week later he could have raised the A/S. at least some investor would have mad some money. Im still curious when he added the new 2B shares. I really think this issue should be investigated, its gonna happen again.
