Sam personally I would rank it by income, using a price to earnings ratio of 18 which I believe is standard for the industry.. ( I sometimes use a p/e of 15 when first evaluating).
The 10k and 10q reports will show reserves, it is always best to compare reserves q over q to make sure they are not slipping drastically

One thing we will have here is that reserves and earnings will be from this point in time forward so we have no history to fall back on. The other side of that is, this company is still undiscovered and shows a price per share of $18.00 with a very conservative p/e
