As I've understood statements from CEO:

..the only requirement for ENTI to get the $20Million LOC is ENTI getting uplisted.

I think it was discussed a lot..but like most things, if something's not in our face, or even when it is, if it's not making something happen right now, it drops off the radar a bit...

still believe there's a plan for that LOC once uplisting happens, naturally...
