That's what it looks like to me. Who knows for sure. We need a some information from the company.

The last thing I heard from IR was they were working on financing. Why would Tom leave just before a windfall of $4.1 million?

I have not been able to contact IR with the information in the Ibox. Anyone have new contact info?

It would be 7-8c in asset value, not EPS. What's interesting is I don't see the loan mentioned on the last financial put out in 2009, it should have been listed under assets. With no management it could be a while here.IMO
