NewMarket Technology Inc. (OTCBB:NMKT) today announced entering
into a Letter of Intent (LOI) agreement to acquire fifty-one percent
ownership of Vera Technology Inc. in a stock transaction. In a
simultaneous agreement, Vera Technology will acquire one hundred
percent of Classified Information Inc. (www.templarsoftware.com). The
three companies have been in negotiations for the past several months
and have already completed the due diligence process. The definitive
purchase agreement is expected to be finalized within the next 10
days.

complete interoperability across all network configurations, on all
computer systems, and with essentially every associated software
