Interesting -- I called the same numbe and got a background music bump for a while and a recording "Thank you for holding, please continue to stay on the line," - did get through to a gentleman who said i was the third call he had received on the subject and he was able to confirm that a bid is being re-negotiated but that the final bid offer cannot be disclosed over the phone - would have to be in a formal pr - he confirmed they are based in Tampa Florida - don't know how much help this will be for folks here but there you go - GLTA.
