well then maybe you could tell me how to explain all the studies they have done where they take two people of equal qualifications and have them apply for all types of jobs they would be qualified for and it just seem that in many retail opportunities the black man was told there was no job available right after a white man was asked to be interviewed and in most all the other cases the white man was offered the job instead of a black man. They did it with women as well same result.
