while I am not an attorney, a judgement by DEFAULT does not mean that the case was won because of merit from evidence.

the DEFAULT only occurred due to Wallace's predeliction to prevaricate and circumvent due legal process in Georgia (where he failed, initially to circumvent-) and later in Delaware.

that is, imho, EVIL at its worst.

so you have your understanding of Wallace's poisoning hundreds of families drinking water as not EVIL? okay, that is your opinion.

I know 401 folks that consider that deliberate poisoning to be EVIL.... and the adamant denial of any complicity to be further proof that EVIL never, never admits to being EVIL.
