Will Hunt, If I were you I would keep "HUNTING", this stock IMO is a long way from making us any money unless we flip in and out as I was doing before the reverse split. I was hoping to see things different after, but this company is still all messed up. It was a great company, the downfall started when they bought RDWY and NPME and did not immediately combine the HQ into one. It was run by a bunch of egomaniacs that only cared for themselves, and ran it as if it were their personal toy. It is a long long story and not near it's end yet IMO. I will be looking for buying opportunities after the MAJOR DILUTION is complete, if ever.

I wouldnt take those lawsuits seriously, it is just ambulance chasers who are mad they lost a bunch of money in their investment...every time a stock tanks or is acquired these ambulance chasers show up trying to make a free dime. Shameful of these law firms IMO.

Will : As long as you owned YRCW shares at any time during the class period and predicated on you having a loss during the class period you do not need to hold onto your shares to qualify for the class action lawsuit . Keep your paper trail of when you bought and when ( if ) you sold to prove that you owned YRCW shares during the class period . Your paper receipts will show your losses whether you still own YRCW or if you sold YRCW shares for a loss during the class period .

You are not required to tie up your money by continuing to hold YRCW shares .

If the class action is successful the amount of your loss is awarded compensation by a percentage ratio to all other shareholder losses .

**** Note : Loss of profit does not qualify for compensation ; only loss of original investment dollars qualifies .
