Hey JoRok... I was hoping someone else would answer this, but if you tender your shares at the offer price you are seling your shares at this price. And I believe you can repurchase too. Unless the company is taken private, then you sell and that is that. So if there is a hostile takeover you could offer your shares at the offer price. It will not happen here. When Bob gets an offer great enough to sell, he will tell you. Otherwise hold tight, and continue to purchase below 0.03
