Mr. Dart added to his positions in ALNYLAM PHARMACEUTICALS and SPECTRUM PHARMACEUTICALS a few weeks ago. He's position in PPHM was purchased about 5 months after he's 13G forms were filed for ALNYLAM and SPECTRUM. Looking at his past he seems to added to his positions over time not just sit on them IMO.

Will we see a 13G/A from Mr. Dart on PPHM?
