Well if NAK is calling the shots then they would have to be "lining" his pockets with more than a measly lease payment (which is likely already ate up)
And if that's the case Briscoe sure knows how to keep his shareholders in the dark, allowing the market to take a big stinky dump on the PPS. Shame on him if he continues this masquerade shopping other country's if in fact pebble mineral rights are already locked up w/NAK. He already damaged shareholders enough with his lawsuit fiasco of poor business, he OWES it to shareholders to come clean on deal details
What property he is conducting business affairs with in other country's? Why wont he name a claim? Because this play is in tune with the classic pinky facade of "mysterious imminent great news any moment" syndrome
Othon/Liang probably didn't go abroad just to advertise AZ pipes...on their gigabyte-pocket drives were ZTEM-flavored bagel pictures. They know that a lil' competition from foreign lands is a good thing...let's put a lil' grease on that friendly neighborly handshake with NAK...fire 'em up a bit to use the drill-bit on our raisins.
"NEGOTIATIONS" --that word was used...wheels are greased and starting a smooth grind forward.
