the white paper was on the old xlpi web site, it is possible hugh might have a copy as he was the one that wrote if up for the pr release. as i said before we need to hear from hugh., for more info.

I remember the white paper, but I couldn't find it online. Perhaps this old PR will help because it's said in the PR that the green fuel is burned with the coal and it does reduce emissions by 10%.
