I know they are not selling based on the last filings, but what doesn't make any since to me is why have 10Billion shares in the first place.

I have been adding, sold some (2 to 3 mil) when it went to .003 and then repurchased when it came to .0012, I don't think we will se .0007 again but that may push me to the edge.
