that's including my house and 5 acres.
a 6.5 lot that I can split now if I want.

then a 4.5 lot and a 4. lot next to each other in in a higher class township this alone is about half in 3 more years I can split this and have 4 lots, then in ten years after I will be able to split them again and have 8 lots.

ya under estimate a little. But I new I was biting off a big chunk not more then I can chew. But $$$ is $$$ so if I can get a better rate, why not

its really 4 lots including my house
