Yes, my assumption that the A/S would be affected by the R/S, apparently, is in error.

And, you've answered my other question about whether its possible that QASP could issue CentaFlix their 1.125B restricted shares as part of the merger process... that is possible.

I realize nothing is written in stone as yet. We must all wait for the details to follow.

Mak, thanks for clarifying things. I forget that the A/S doesn't get affected by an R/S. And that there needs to be a formal restructuring to reduce the A/S.
