Personally I think it's a hole in the safety net that's kept this stock manipulated, but after reading Kelly's reply, I'm now not so sure that they haven't already found a way to keep it covered. Although brokers, TA's and clearing houses would all have to work in tandem to be able to pull it off Kelly's way.
