It is going on four years with the FDA. Janes is not an idiot. If this information was available he would have given it to them years ago, or at the very least, go through the process......but he doesn't. Why? Because he can't. The DViS doesn't work or it doesn't work as advertised. Janes is playing with the FDA, but they are fed up with it and have called his hand.

King, thats an impressive list and looks like there was more going on than a "labeling" issue some time ago, for the ones who remember that.
