volume in the last year does not indicate dilution to me, at least not convertible note dilution.

I think the free trading float has increased but to my understanding that was from small amounts of 144 restricted stock being freed up from individual investors that had held it for more than one year.

I think that is what happened a while back when the stock dipped to .005.

with a float at 23mm we are in pretty good shape here
