Please listen to the CC answer to the question you just posted, which is that Ranbaxy has first-filer status on the 105mg dose.

Why would MRX settle with NVS if it is not the first-to-file on the 105mg dose?

From MRX’s perspective, it was important to settle with all generic challengers. Note that the determination of which company is ultimately awarded first-filer status on a given dosage is not always known by the branded-drug company at the time a settlement is struck.
