I don't know what to tell you.
Many of the PR's released by BTDG have be proven false, many posters on this MB have posted the proof.
The NI was Pershimco's, the claims in last year PR's were Pershimo's. The claims in the latest filing belong to Glenn Griesbach.

Poor management, stupidity and ignorance are NOT defenses when issuing False and Misleading Press Releases like BTDG did.

Yes ... its a FRAUD.
To alter an NI 43-101 and post it ... thats Fraud.
To claim to have Proven Reserves and then have none ... that Is Fraud.
