Thanks for your insightful reply. I agree with you on the following
"I think if they should try to back the talk, repurchase the stock, pay dividend, if within enough business flow, hire a third party to verify themselves."

If the company has done all above, even the stock does not recover, then I guess we have to take it as it is.

Hands down, one of the best posts I've read in a while.. One thing everyone needs to keep in mind is the long run..eventually, if Deloitte keeps signing off, the dividend keeps growing, the buyback happens, the market will have no choice but to see the company for what it is. It may take some time, hell it may take a long time, but eventually, this stock will get valued in the 20+ P/E range...they're in the right industry, and they execute well..the stock will catch up eventually..
