the only place electric cars are viable are in big cities...like ny.
problem there is the batteries are used for the heater as well...and i've
read that 10% drop in temp. translates to 50% power in the battery.
unless one has a temp. control garage..ya start off the day very negative...power wise.
there's alot more to know about battery power vs oil. $$$$$$
still there's plenty of people who will buy these cars...especially
in frisco!
no matter how the environmentalist push these green things america is no
where ready to give up its love affair with the automobile...of which an electric car is not!
it's cheaper to have a horse and wagon!! ha!
btw..electric cars have been around for decades...not much improvement..cost effectiveness may never happen!
