A SECOND annual signed 10K by Deloitte (along with their signed 10Q reports) pretty much seals the deal between them and CCME. If one turns out to be a fraud at that point, than almost by definition so does the other. If you question the accuracy of TWO back to back annual Deloitte audits than you may as well call every U.S. company a scam and find something else to do with your money.
