I am sure what he meant is what is referred to as the silent period. They can say nothing if they are doing filing's or a merger until the filings become public and then they release news. If they do say anything prior it would be considered inside information. If you check the date it should be anytime anyday now. Next Monday morning the fun should begin as more and more people find out about this one. Everyone loves to be in the next R/M, they have been known to be the highest gaining stocks.
