Looks like a wealthy gentleman who deals in jewelry and engages in mission trips. NICE! Obviously he is an investor in MediaG3 MDGC. Appears to be in both Idaho and California. I was reading up on him as you posted.
Maybe he is expecting a nice run in the next 90 days and looking for some profits. ;-)
